In plain English
- We collect basic visit data through analytics. We do not collect SSNs, bank details or credit data on our own site.
- The loan request form is run by a third-party network. What you type there goes to them, not us.
- We do not sell your information or use advertising cookies.
- You can ask us to access, delete or correct your data at [email protected].
1. Who we are
Bninecash.com ("Bninecash," "we," "us" or "our") is an independent website that publishes information about the Bnine (B9) paycheck advance app. We are not affiliated with B9, Inc. and we are not a bank, lender or loan broker.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bninecash.com, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers bninecash.com and its pages only. It does not cover:
- The B9 app or bnine.com. B9, Inc. handles your data under its own privacy policy when you use its app or website.
- The third-party loan request form. The form on our homepage and apply page is operated by a separate lead network. Information you type into it is collected by that network under its own privacy policy and terms, which are shown in the form.
- Other websites we link to, including app stores, regulators and review platforms.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical data:
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Device and browser data | Browser type, operating system, screen size, language | Your browser |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, referring website | Analytics tools |
| Network data | IP address and approximate location (city or region) derived from it | Hosting and analytics |
| Cookie and similar identifiers | Analytics cookie IDs | Cookies, see section 6 |
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for, and our own website does not store, Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank account numbers, income details or credit information. If you enter those details in the third-party loan request form, they go directly to the lead network, not to us.
4. How we use information
- To operate, secure and maintain the website.
- To understand which guides are useful and improve our content.
- To respond to corrections, questions and privacy requests.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your information to make credit or eligibility decisions of any kind.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
| Provider | Purpose | Typical cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (only if enabled) | Traffic measurement | _ga, _ga_* |
| Statcounter | Traffic measurement | sc_is_visitor_unique |
| Google Fonts | Loading web fonts (no cookies set; your IP address is sent to Google) | None |
| Lead network form | Operating the loan request form | Set by the network, see its policy |
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading the site.
7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable law requires it. Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to them separately, but we do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising.
8. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share information for these purposes.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
California disclosures
In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act: identifiers (such as IP address and analytics IDs), internet or network activity (pages viewed and interactions), and approximate geolocation derived from IP address. We collected them from you and your device, used them for the purposes in section 4, and disclosed them to the service providers in section 5. We do not collect sensitive personal information on our own website.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to use. We may need to verify your request, and because we hold very little identifying information, verification may be limited to what you can provide. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need an extension allowed by law.
If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal." If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
Requests about information you entered in the loan request form should be sent to the lead network or lender that received it, since we do not hold that information.
9. How long we keep information
Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings. Emails you send us are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and uses security headers to reduce common web attacks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not email us sensitive personal or financial information.
11. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the site is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
12. Visitors outside the United States
This site is intended for U.S. residents. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page before they take effect.
