2. About Bninecash
Bninecash is an independent informational website about the Bnine (B9) paycheck advance app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by B9, Inc. "B9" and "Bnine" are names and marks of their owner and are used only to identify the product we write about.
We cannot open, access, change or close a B9 account. To use B9, go to the official B9 app or bnine.com.
3. Information only, not advice
Content on the Site is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or credit advice, and it is not a recommendation that you use any product. The Site contains a loan request form provided by an independent lead network. When you submit that form:
- You are sending a request to the network and the lenders it works with, not to Bninecash and not to B9.
- Your use of the form is governed by the network's own terms, privacy policy and any consents shown in the form, including consent to be contacted.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer. Lenders set their own rates, terms and eligibility, and may check your credit.
- Any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. Review the full terms, including the APR, before accepting an offer.

6. Accuracy of product information
We work to keep information about Bnine accurate and we date-stamp every page. However, B9 and other providers can change their prices, limits, availability and terms at any time without telling us. 7. Calculators and estimates
The Bnine cost calculator and any other tools on the Site produce estimates for educational purposes only. Results depend on the inputs you choose and on fee assumptions that may change. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees from B9 or any lender.
8. Advertising and compensation
The Site is supported by compensation from a third-party lead network. Compensation does not influence our editorial ratings or conclusions, and B9 does not pay for our coverage. The compensated feature is the loan request form. Any paid link to another website would be labeled and marked rel="sponsored".
9. Intellectual property
The Site's original text, design, graphics and code are owned by Bninecash and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BNINECASH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCT, LOAN OR SERVICE FROM A THIRD PARTY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the Site's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or change or discontinue any part of it, at any time and without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
18. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Advertiser Disclosure and Editorial Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bninecash about the Site.
