Loan offer disclosure. The form on this page is not an application for a B9 account or a B9 Advance. It is operated by a third-party network that may connect you with independent lenders offering personal or installment loans. Bninecash is not a lender, does not make credit decisions and does not set rates or terms. Each lender sets its own APR, loan amount, term and fees, which vary by state law and your credit profile; the lender must show you the APR and all costs before you accept a loan. Unsecured personal loan APRs commonly fall in a single-digit to mid-30% range for qualified borrowers, and short-term or bad-credit loans can cost much more. Illustrative example only, not an offer: a $1,000 loan repaid in 12 monthly payments at 35.99% APR would cost about $100.46 a month, $1,205.49 in total. Late or missed payments can result in fees and may be reported to credit bureaus. Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, and lenders may check your credit.

What Bnine offers

B9, Inc. (often searched as Bnine, after its bnine.com domain) is a Miami-based fintech founded in 2021. It is not a bank. The Bnine app bundles five services around one requirement: your paycheck has to land in your B9 account.

Bnine cash advance

Draw part of your earned pay before payday. No credit check, no interest, no late fees. The advance is repaid automatically from the next deposit into your B9 account.

B9 Visa debit card

A Visa debit card tied to your B9 account, issued by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC. Works with Apple Pay and Google Pay and pays cashback in selected categories.

Transfers

ACH and wire transfers, free instant transfers between B9 members, and paid instant transfers to your card, Cash App or Venmo.

B9 Credit Builder

A separate credit-builder loan issued by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, and serviced by BuildCredit LLC. This one is a real loan, unlike the advance.

B9 Play & Earn

Small cash rewards for playing games and completing simple tasks inside the Bnine app. Available on both plans. Treat it as pocket change, not income.

How to get a Bnine advance

The order matters. Most one-star Bnine reviews come from people who expected money before their first paycheck arrived. Not sure you qualify? Try the 30-second eligibility checker.

  1. Open a B9 account

Download the official B9 app and verify your identity with an SSN or ITIN. Pick Basic or Premium.

  2. Move your direct deposit

Send your paycheck, gig pay or benefits such as SSI to your B9 account. You can split deposits from more than one source.

  3. Wait for the first deposit

Access starts after B9 receives your pay. You need at least $100 in qualifying deposits within 14 days.

  4. Draw and repay

Cash out your available limit. Your next deposit into B9 repays the advance automatically, and consistent deposits raise your limit.

Bnine vs EarnIn, Dave and Brigit

The biggest difference is where your paycheck goes. Bnine needs your direct deposit in a B9 account. The others link to the bank account you already have.

AppMaximum advanceMonthly costInstant transferMove your paycheck?
Bnine (B9)$250 Basic, $1,000 Premium per pay period$9.99 Basic; Premium from $6.99; $0 with $5,000+ depositsOptional feeYes, to a B9 account

Brigit$25 to $500$8.99 to $15.99Optional fee, varies by planNo, links your bank

None of these apps charge interest or run a hard credit check for advances. Figures from each provider's published terms and fee pages at our last check; limits vary by user and most people start well below the maximum.

Choose Bnine if you have steady deposits, want a high limit, or file taxes with an ITIN and are willing to make B9 your main account.

Look elsewhere if you want to keep your current bank, or only need an advance a few times a year and would rather not pay a monthly fee.

Bnine FAQ

Is Bnine the same as B9?

Yes. B9, Inc. operates the app and uses the domain bnine.com, so many people search for it as Bnine. The app is listed as B9 in the App Store and Google Play.

Is a Bnine advance a loan?

No. B9 states that its advances are not loans, payday loans or personal loans. There is no interest and no credit check. The separate B9 Credit Builder is a loan from Cross River Bank.

How much can I get from Bnine on day one?

Usually very little. B9 says new users typically start between $10 and $50, and the limit grows as regular deposits arrive. The $1,000 ceiling applies to eligible Premium members.

What do I need to qualify for a Bnine advance?

A paid B9 plan, an SSN or ITIN, and at least $100 in payroll or benefits deposits to your B9 account within the last 14 days, plus a clean repayment history.

Does Bnine check my credit?

No. B9 does not run a soft or hard credit inquiry to open an account or approve an advance.

How is a Bnine advance repaid?

Automatically. Any deposit into your B9 account goes toward your outstanding advance first, including small transfers, not only payroll.

Is Bnine available in every state?

No. B9 Advances are offered in 44 states and Washington, D.C. Six states are excluded and Connecticut is capped at $750 per pay period; the full list is on our state availability page.

Is Bnine safe and legit?

Yes. B9, Inc. is a Miami-based fintech founded in 2021, and B9 says deposits are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 through Evolve Bank & Trust. Most complaints concern fees and small starting limits, not fraud.

Can I cancel Bnine anytime?

B9 describes the Basic plan as cancel-anytime. Repay any outstanding advance first, since B9 will not issue new advances while a balance remains.

Is Bninecash part of B9?

No. Bninecash is an independent guide. We cannot open, change or close a B9 account. For account help, contact B9 through the app or at [email protected].

Short on more than one paycheck can cover?

A Bnine advance tops out at your limit. If you need a larger amount, you can compare personal loan offers from a third-party lender network. This is separate from B9.
